How we handle your details.

We only collect what you type into our forms, along with the page and language you sent it from:

• Brochure request (Malaaz Compound): your name, mobile number, email address and the unit type you are interested in.
• Showroom visit or callback (Contact): your name, mobile number, what you would like to discuss, the time that suits you and any message you add.
• Job application (Careers): your name, mobile number, email address, area of interest, a link to your profile if you add one, any message you add and your CV.

When you use the site, our analytics tools also collect information about your visit, as described under “Cookies and analytics”. To protect the forms from abuse, our server reads your IP address when you send a form. It is not stored with your request.

• To reply to you: send the brochure you asked for, call you back or confirm your showroom visit.
• To contact you about the project or request you asked about, as you agreed when you ticked the consent box.
• To assess your job application and, as you agreed, keep it on file for future roles.
• To keep the site and its forms secure and working.
• To understand how the site is used and how well our advertising works.

We do not sell your personal data.

Each form asks you to agree before it can be sent. We rely on that consent to use your details as described above. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us (see “Contact us”); this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

• Our sales, customer care and recruitment teams, who handle your request.
• Service providers that host the website, protect it and process form submissions for us, such as hosting, network security, automation and email providers. They act on our instructions and may not use your details for their own purposes.
• Google and Meta, for analytics and advertising measurement, as described below.
• Public authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside Egypt. Where they do, we choose providers that protect it to a standard consistent with this policy.

We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the results of our advertising. These tools set cookies and collect information such as the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location and how you arrived at the site. When you send a form, they record that a form was sent and which one, but not what you typed.

Our network security provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary to protect the site from automated traffic.

The site also keeps one note in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation plays only once per visit. It is removed when you close the tab.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and manage how Meta uses your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

• Sales enquiries and brochure requests: 180 days.
• Job applications and CVs: 90 days, or until you ask us to delete them.
• IP addresses read for abuse protection: up to 10 minutes, in memory only.

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the details you send is limited to the people who need them to handle your request. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Under applicable Egyptian law, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct details that are wrong or out of date;
• delete your details;
• stop contacting you.

To make a request, contact us as described below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.

This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

The site links to Google Maps and to our pages on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
