Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract or a reservation of a unit. Requesting a brochure or booking a showroom visit does not reserve a unit or fix a price. Only a contract signed by Malaaz and the buyer is binding, and its terms take precedence over anything on this site.

The content of this site, including its text, renders, photographs, film, plans, logos and design, belongs to Malaaz, Jdar Group or their licensors. The names and logos of Malaaz Developments, Malaaz Compound and the Jdar Group companies are their trademarks.

You may view the site and print or save pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, publish, adapt or use its content commercially without our written permission.

When you send a form, please give accurate details of your own. Do not submit someone else’s details without their permission, send automated or bulk submissions, or try to interfere with the site or its security.
